So, this friend of mine is going through a RAW DIET – yep, she only eats raw food, and you would not believe how healthy she looks. She lost some weight, she’s got tones of energy, and she is trying some pretty interesting foods. Among them is the Magic Goji Berries. This little raisin-like wonder from Tibet is nature’s goodness in a small package. Vitamin C, antioxidants, better eye sight, improved sexual health, I mean, the list of good stuff these little berries do just keep on going.
Try them on salads, bake them in muffins, or simply sprinkle a few over your favorite morning cereal. They are delicious! Oh! By the way – you rock Sue Hart! I am proud of you and your raw desire to eat healthy food!
