
it is the last month for the seasonal Valencia Oranges. and it's the final chance to make homemade marmalade. using the oranges you have in your own backyard or buying organic ones on a local market, will help you on preserving this precious jam for a long time to come. I am trying a recipe today ;) good sunday!

ReplyDeleteOh yum! As a kid I never liked jam but I loved Marmalade. I think because there was a bear who liked marmalade on a cartoon I liked. This looks like childhood!
