this last may my little girl turned four and she asked for a pool party. since at the end of may it's still pretty cold out I decided to have an indoor swimming celebration. on designing the invitations - as posted here before - I wanted something prettier than evite and I'm also old fashioned when it comes to having printed paper in an envelope to send out, it's just better =)
I was thinking about a better way to get an rsvp from the guests and created a blogsite, an online place to register the special date. I got lots of compliments on such an easy, personal and stylish way to make the party even more special. It took me little time and investment and it's a gift that can be updated and reused as she grows up. Such a modern and good way to keep good memories accessible and alive. I have then received a few requests for designing some 'rsvp sites' for baby showers and birthday parties and I love the idea of helping to document important moments of people's lives.

you can visit Libi's party site here: libilou.com (and I will also add a little button to the sidebar)

all in all I keep finding myself visiting the site every once in a while just to see her pretty happy face smiling at me. and for that, it was completely worth my time.
