we are remodeling the kitchen. and that alone has been keeping me busy for the last couple of months. blame it on pinterest for so many fabulous inspiration when it comes to finding a dream cooking room. I am going white on white, farmhouse sink, subway tiles for backsplash and stainless steel appliances. trust me: a much awaited revamp. but the whole process can get way more stressing than I ever thought. on choosing flooring, countertops, lighting and even new knobs I am ready to be passed the selecting stage. we are ordering the cabinets from ikea and the 190+ boxes will arrive today! yep, I wrote it right, almost two hundred boxes are being delivered today. wish me luck - and lots of fun!
ever heard anything about ikea kitchens? any tips, scary stories or glad surprises, come on and please share. I will make sure to upload pictures soon.

ReplyDeleteI can totally see how it would be stressful! It's a big undertaking--we had new kitchen floors put in last spring, and just that alone turned my house upside down! Yet what a privilege it is to have new flooring...so I feel ya. When are your hopes for it to be complete? So happy for you!!!

hopefully it will all work out. I have family coming from brazil to visit at the end of the month.
